Steering Committees

The Federations mission is to bring together communities which create, evolve, adopt, use, and sustain humanitarian digital infrastructure.

To aid our work we are setting up a several multi-stakeholder Steering Committee to guide the our initiative with representatives from bilateral and multilateral donors, open source projects and experts on humanitarian aid information and transparency. Our Steering Committee is accountable directly to our membership.

Open Source Steering Committee

We bring together open source projects focused directly on solving Humanitarian Aid problems and bring in observers to knowledge share on a wide range of subjects.

Aam Digital

We are delighted that Aam Digital a social-tech start-up is part of the inaugural membership team. Their open source case management software enables organizations to digitally manage client files, reduce administrative workload and increase the sharing of information between frontline workers. Data generated by frontline workers is analysed in dashboards informing project managers. Improving monitoring and evaluation through reliable field-level data. Available as a SaaS or bespoke service.
